Hi John, I know this is more a publishing than author issue, but Amazon UK will not let me buy the Kindle version from here, and Amazon US tells me your book will not be available until October 1. Frustrating!
That is infuriating, I'm sorry! I assume it's to protect the rights of my US publisher. There's probably a way round involving a VPN or some such but other than that I'm not sure what to say I'm afraid

Here in the US I’ve already preordered, but now I wish I’d just PayPal’d one of my UK friends to mail me a copy!
